LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating and comes complete with electric fire, TV and freeview.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from a table, bench seating and 2 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, over bed storage and an en-suite toilet and wash basin. One twin room with two single beds with fitted small wardrobes and radiators. BB336 can cater 4 guests. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE: Shower cubical, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: BB336 has an electric fire in the lounge and electric panel heating through out.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 6 - 7 -minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
