We are delighted to share some exciting news as we head into the New Year. Newmans Holiday Homes has successfully secured positions on five brand-new holiday parks across the South West, marking a major step forward in our continued growth. This expansion gives our holiday customers even more choice, flexibility and value across multiple regions, while strengthening Newmans’ presence as a trusted, multi-park letting partner. We will be sharing full details in January, with these new parks gradually going live on our new website throughout January and February 2026. It’s an incredibly positive move for the business, our owners, and our future guests, and we’re very excited about what is ahead.

We recently stayed at Unity Holiday Park in Brean. The caravan was brilliant, very clean, near to the beach. Had a dishwasher & coffee machine, cleaning products, pegs, clothes airer. Fantastic stay, all you need on site. Really cannot fault, the staff were amazing and really helpful. Really friendly guests too. Highly recommend.
We rent with Newmans Holiday Homes, we find them very efficient to calls and issues & great to rent with, special mention to Beth Wheeler who we feel goes up and beyond the role of her job and is excellent to deal with, we will be continuing to rent in 2026 season 😊

We spent a week in Brean Sands Unity Park .We booked with, Newmans Holiday Homes. what can i say the caravan was spotless throughout everything we needed and more was there .We had a patio area that we made full use of as weather was exceptional. On arrival I received the lock code well in advance. Up to the holiday the correspondence between myself and Newmans was really well orchestrated. the whole experience with this company was right on target .Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending to family and friends. a big 5* Experience from booking to leaving holiday.
