LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates 2 & 3-seater sofas, coffee table, French doors from lounge to veranda, electric fire, 40” TV & free view.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher, gas oven, gas hob, a 60/40 fridge-freezer, and microwave. The dining area benefits from a spacious free-standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom comprises of a king-size bed with overhead storage, bedside tables, wall-mounted TV, vanity area with mirror and an en-suite with a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The twin room with two single beds with fitted small wardrobe, vanity area with mirror, wall-mounted TV and a radiator. CC2 can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The Master bedroom has a full ensuite; with shower, toilet & hand basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

VERANDA: The wrap-around veranda is accessible via stairs leading from the drive, or via the French Doors leading from the lounge. Patio furniture is supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 9 minutes’ walk and just a minute from the beach.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
