LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, coffee table and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests. Maximum capacity 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, fridge/ freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table, bench seating and two stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes, vanity area and an en-suite toilet and washbasin. One twin room with two single beds and small wardrobe.
BB250 can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

HEATING: BB250 has central heating throughout the accommodation and a gas fire in the lounge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 3 -4-minute walk.
