DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow 1 x well trained dog in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.


LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, DVD player and electric fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.


KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, fridge/ freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, TV, over bed storage and an en-suite toilet and washbasin. Two twin rooms with two single beds and wall mounted TVs.
BB273 can accommodate up to 8 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.


BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubical, washbasin and toilet. BB273 also benefits from a en-suite toilet and washbasin


HEATING: BB273 has an electric fire in the lounge and radiators throughout the accommodation .


VERANDA: BB273 benefits from a veranda on the side of the accommodation.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 3 -4-minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
