LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed corner sofa, arm chair, full length windows, foot stool, electric log effect fire and TV with Freeview.


KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include electric cooker and hob, under counter fridge, under counter freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms. Master bedroom with a double bed; with walk in wardrobe area, wall mounted tv, vanity area with stool and an en-suite toilet and washbasin. One twin room with two single beds, over bed storage and small wardrobe. Please note no TV in the twin bedroom.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.


BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubical, washbasin and toilet. BB279 also benefits from a en-suite toilet and washbasin


HEATING: BB279 has central heating throughout the accommodation and an electric fire in the lounge.


PARKING: Private driveway next to the accommodation.


VERANDA: BB279 benefits from a veranda and patio furniture on the side of the accommodation.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 3 -4-minute walk.
