DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.


LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, DVD player and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.


KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, 20" TV, over bed storage and an en-suite toilet and washbasin. Two twin rooms - one with two single beds and the other with one single bed and room for a travel cot with fitted small wardrobes and radiators.BB308R can cater 7 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.


BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubical, washbasin and toilet. BB308R also benefits from a en-suite toilet and washbasin.


HEATING: A gas fire in the lounge and radiators throughout the bedrooms.


VERANDA: Side decking with seating.


PARKING: Allocated driveway situated next to the accommodation.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 3 -4-minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
