LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed wraparound seating and comes complete with TV, free view and electric fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include an electric cooker with extractor, hob, bottom fridge with small freezer on top and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one master double with fitted wardrobe, wall-mounted TV, overhead and bedside cabinets, vanity area with mirror, an en-suite bathroom. The twin room with 2 single beds; has a bedside cabinet and a small fitted wardrobe. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & ADDITIONAL: Shower cubical, washbasin and toilet. SC3 also benefits from an additional toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: A gas fire in the lounge and central heating throughout.

VERANDA: Spacious front veranda side walkway with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Driveway to the side of the accommodation.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this unit does not allow pets.
