DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 70 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view, DVD player and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, full size fridge-freezer, and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and vanity area. The twin rooms have two single beds, fitted small wardrobes and radiator. 70 can comfortably cater for 8 guests as there is an occasional pull out bed located in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE: The family bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. There is also a master w/c ensuite.

HEATING: A gas fire in the lounge and central heating throughout. The caravan is double glazed.

PARKING: Parking available close by.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
