DINING AREA: Free standing table, with 4 free standing chairs.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom with double bed, over bed storage, fitted wardrobes and small vanity area. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.
The Twin room has 2 single beds, over bed storage and a single fitted wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM: There is a family shower room, with toilet and basin. There is also an additional toilet and hand basin in the master bedroom en-suite.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating throughout.

VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Allocated parking next to the accommodation.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7-8 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this unit does not allow pets.
