However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of BW3 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge benefits from a partial sea view, with an open plan design, fixed corner sofa seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with TV and gas fire. There is also an additional pull-out sofa bed, that can accommodate extra Guests. Maximum 8 Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, undercounter fridge and microwave. The dining area comprises of fixed corner seating, as well as 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms; the master consists of one double, a mirror and a fitted wardrobe. The Twin rooms consist of 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe and mirror.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. BW3 also has an additional toilet, with a wash basin.

HEATING: Double glazing with a gas fire in lounge and electric fan heating in bedrooms.

VERANDA: Gated side veranda with patio furniture.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke/vaping in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7-8 minute walk.
