PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with fixed seating and gas fire. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. An occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those additional guests.

KITCHEN: Galley kitchen; equipped with necessary standard utensils. Microwave, freestanding fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA: Free standing table with four chairs.

BEDROOMS: Double room with fitted wardrobe and vanity area. Two Twin rooms with 2 single beds and small fitted wardrobes.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost. Maximum of 8 Guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. There is also an additional toilet in BW45; that includes a hand basin.

HEATING: Double glazed with manufacturers gas fire in the lounge and fan heaters in the bedrooms.

VERANDA: Side veranda with patio furniture supplied. Gate and steps lead to the parking area for ease of access.

PARKING: Communal parking is available to the side of the property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 mins walk to main amenities.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note pets are not permitted in this unit at any time.
