However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of BW7 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with fixed seating and gas fire. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. An occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those additional guests.

KITCHEN: Equipped with necessary standard utensils. Microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA: Fixed corner seating with free standing table with stools.

BEDROOMS: Double room with fitted wardrobe and vanity area. 2 Twin room with 2 single beds and small fitted wardrobes.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

SHOWER ROOM: Separate shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Also benefits with 2nd toilet.

HEATING: Double glazed with manufacturers gas fire in the lounge and fan heaters in the bedrooms.

VERANDA: Side veranda with patio furniture supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 mins walk to main amenities.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
