KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Fitted kitchen furnished to the high standard with full size integrated fridge and freezer, double oven, microwave, gas hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a free standing table and chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and TV. Two twin rooms with small fitted wardrobes, radiators and Tv's. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking. DG38 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: DG38 benefits from a fully fitted shower room, fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. DG38 also has an additional toilet with wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Veranda complete with patio furniture.

PARKING: Parking bays to the rear of the property.
