LOUNGE: The lounge offers a partial sea view and features fixed corner sofa seating suitable for the whole family, built-in cabinets with a TV, and a gas fire.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The galley kitchen is fully equipped, including a full-size cooker, under-counter fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area provides fixed corner seating along with two stools.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom features one double bed, a mirror, storage space and a fitted wardrobe. The two twin rooms each have two single beds and a small fitted wardrobe. Maximum 8 guests.

Duvets and pillows are provided; linen can be added for an additional charge at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & ADDITIONAL TOILET: The main bathroom includes a shower, toilet and wash basin. The additional W/C includes a toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double glazing and fan heating throughout, with a gas fire in the lounge.

PATIO AREA: A small paved patio area is provided, complete with patio furniture.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approximately a 5–6 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please note that all Newman’s holiday homes are privately owned and smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden at all times. Any damage caused by smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
