DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of EL79 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE: The lounge benefits from a partial sea view, with an open plan design, fixed corner sofa seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with 32" TV, DVD and gas fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area comprises of fixed corner seating, as well as 2 stools.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms; the master consists of one double, a mirror, shelving space and a fitted wardrobe. The twin rooms each include 2 single beds, shelving space and a small fitted wardrobe. The Twin beds can be pushed together. Maximum 6 Guests.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. EL79 also benefits from an additional w/c that has a toilet and wash basin.
HEATING: Double glazing, central heating, gas fire in lounge.
PATIO AREA: Small paved patio area, with patio furniture supplied.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke/vaping in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
