PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating, electric fire, TV with Freeview and occasional pull-out bed for additional guests.


KITCHEN& DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer box, gas oven and grill. The dining area consists of a free-standing table, bench seating and 2 stools.


BEDROOMS: Master with double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside tables.
JC14 also includes an additional double bedroom with double bed and small wardrobe.
The third bedroom consists of two single beds and small wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
JC14 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.


SHOWER ROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. There is also an additional separate toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Electric fire in the lounge, panel heater in the bathroom and hot air blow heaters through out the accommodation.


VERANDA: Large side veranda with patio furniture. There is also a grassy area next to the property and some sea views.


PARKING: Numbered parking space close to the property.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities, approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.

WI-FI: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
