LOUNGE: Open plan with two and three-seater corner sofas, also fitted with occasional pull-out bed for additional guests. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, coffee table and electric fireplace.
KITCHEN& DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area consists of a free-standing table and bench style seats.
BEDROOMS: Master with double bed, fitted wardrobe, overhead storage, vanity area, panel heater and en-suite toilet with hand basin.
One twin fitted with bunk beds, small wardrobe, small TV with DVD function only and panel heater.
One with two single beds, small wardrobe, TV with DVD function only and panel heater.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. There is also an additional toilet in the master bedroom en-suite.
HEATING: Electric fire in the lounge with electrical panel heating in other rooms.
VERANDA: Front veranda, Patio furniture is supplied. There is also a grassy area next to the property.
PARKING: Private parking space next to the property.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities, approx 3 to 4 minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
