LOUNGE: The lounge is fitted with comfortable seating (includes an occasional pull out bed for those extra guests) and has a flat screen TV, Free view, DVD, CD stereo and gas fire.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped to include full size cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot and two twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes (twin beds CANNOT be pushed together).

SHOWERROOM & TOILET: JC163 benefits from separate toilet and shower rooms. Shower room has a large shower cubicle fitted with glass door and wash basin.

HEATING: JC163 is double-glazed and has full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Gated veranda complete with patio furniture and some sea views.

PARKING: Private parking space to the rear of the property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities, approx 3 to 4 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
