PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

LOUNGE: The lounge has fixed C-shaped seating, coffee table, Smart TV with Free view and sky access. An occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those additional guests. Maximum 8 Guests.

KITCHEN: Modern kitchen; equipped with necessary standard utensils. Microwave, full size fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA: For additional comfort the dining room consists of a freestanding table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom consists of a double bed with fitted wardrobe and vanity area. Two Twin rooms with 2 single beds and small fitted wardrobes.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. There is also an additional W/C and hand basin as an en-suite to the master bedroom.

PATIO AREA: Small patio and grassed area.

PARKING: Communal parking is available close to the property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4-5 mins walk to main amenities.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note pets are not permitted in this unit at any time.
