LOUNGE: Center lounge with fixed corner sofa, gas fire, flat screen TV and coffee table. Occasional pull-out bed to accommodate those extra guests. KP119 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

KITCHEN: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA: Freestanding table with 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: Double room at one end of the caravan with fitted wardrobes, vanity area, wall mounted TV and access to own shower room.
Two twin rooms both with 2 single beds and small wardrobes.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

SHOWER ROOM: Family shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, and hand basin. KP119 also has an en-suite w/c, with a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double glazing and central heating throughout. There is also a gas fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: Front veranda with patio furniture supplied and access through the patio doors.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 9 minutes’ walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
