However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

LOUNGE: The lounge has fixed seating allowing plenty of room for guests, fixed cabinets with TV & electric fire. There is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge to allow for those extra guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under-counter fridge with freezer box and a microwave. The dining area benefits from both fixed corner seating and 2 x additional stools.

BEDROOMS: The Master includes a double bed with fitted wardrobe. The twin rooms have 2 x single beds and a small fitted wardrobe. The bedrooms are fitted with fan heaters. 
Linen can be supplied at an additional cost, please select from the products list when booking. 

SHOWER ROOM: The Shower Room has a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and towel rail. 

HEATING: This holiday home has a electric fire in the lounge, a towel rail in the shower room and fan heating in the bedrooms.

VERANDA: Front veranda benefiting from sea views with patio furniture supplied. 

DISTANCE TO AMENITIES: Location from main amenities, approx. 6 to 8 -minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this property does not permit pets at any time.
