FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

Integrated cooker with separate oven & grill, five ring gas hob, soft close cupboard doors, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. adjoining dining area.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one double fitted with wardrobe and dressing table,  LCD TV and Free view. The main room also benefits from a bath, toilet and wash basin en-suite. Twin room benefiting from a fitted wardrobe.

BATHROOM: Shower room fitted with shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom benefits from a bath, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA: Large veranda fitted with a gate with patio table and chairs.

PARKING: Parking is available behind the accommodation.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
