PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


LOUNGE: Open plan with freestanding sofas, ottoman, French doors on to the veranda, TV with Freeview, DVD player and gas fire. Please note MP25 does not include a pull-out bed. Maximum of 6 guests. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, integrated microwave, full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven, grill and hob. The dining area includes freestanding table and 4 chairs. 


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite toilet and hand basin, wall-mounted TV with Freeview, vanity area and fitted wardrobe. Twin room 1 includes 2 single beds, a small wardrobe, vanity area, a bedside cabinet. Twin room 2 has 2 single beds, a small wardrobe and mirror.
MP25 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

Quilts & pillows are supplied – Linen is supplied for free on bookings of 7 nights or more. Linen can be hired at additional cost for breaks less than 7 nights.


BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a toilet and hand basin.


HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 


VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture provided.


PARKING: Private driveway.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
