PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


LOUNGE: Open plan with free standing sofas, coffee table, French doors on to the veranda, TV with Freeview, DVD player and electric fire. Please note NG7 does not include a pull-out bed. Maximum of 6 guests. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and grill and breakfast bar with barstools. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite shower toilet and hand basin, fitted wardrobe and room for a travel cot and TV with Freeview. 
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinets and TV’s
NG7 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

Quilts & pillows are supplied – Linen is supplied for free on bookings of 7 nights or more. Linen can be hired at additional cost for breaks less than 7 nights.


BATHROOM: Bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an extra en-suite shower toilet and hand basin.


HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 


VERANDA: Veranda with ramped access, complete with patio furniture. 


PARKING: Allocated parking space.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities, approx. 2 to 4-minute walk. 


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
