FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Executive Platinum caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.


LOUNGE: This holiday home has many things to offer, a spacious lounge with increased width to 13ft wide. The lounge comprises of a 3 piece sofa seating (with occassional pull bed) allowing views out through the French doors or to seat in comfort watching the 42” TV . The French doors lead directly to the gated veranda with patio furniture.  


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: OV23 has been fitted with a modern kitchen that includes modern oven with grill, four ring gas hob, soft close cupboard doors, integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.  The open plan design gives the area bright and airy feel with adjoining dining area, if perfect for catering for the family. 


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one spacious double fitted with wardrobe and vanity area, Tv with DVD. The main room also benefits from a en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin. The twin room is of a good size with divan mattresses, fitted wardrobe and TV fitted. The maximum number of guests that OV23 can cater for is 6.


BATHROOM: The family shower room comprises of a double shower unit, toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 


VERANDA: Front gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.


PARKING: Private parking.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 7 minutes’ walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
