DOG-FRIENDLY: The owner of W38 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Executive Platinum caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE: This holiday home has many things to offer, a spacious lounge with increased height as well as width. The large sliding doors offer the guests a choice of open plan living or privacy from the kitchen. Offering extremely comfortable free standing furniture, four panel patio doors opening onto the ramped & gated veranda and beautiful front row sea views, wall mounted 32” colour TV, DVD, Free view, fixed units and contemporary fire with remote control. Please be advised that no occasional pull out bed is fitted.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: W38 has been fitted with a modern luxury kitchen that includes an island unit, with wine rack, extra storage and additional counter space. Integrated cooker with separate oven & grill, five ring gas hob, linen finished sink & drainer, soft close cupboard doors, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A skylight and dormer window brings a bright and airy feeling into this stylish kitchen and the elegant adjoining dining area, which can be separated from the living room by sliding doors.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one luxury double fitted with wardrobe and dressing table, LCD TV (not currently shown) and Free view. The main room also benefits from a double shower, toilet and wash basin en-suite. Two good size twin rooms both benefit from wardrobes and wall mounted flat screen TV’s. Maximum 6 Guests, including infants.
BATHROOM: Shower fitted over the full length bath, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING: Double-glazing and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: Large ramped glass fronted veranda fitted with a gate, with patio furniture supplied.
PARKING: Private drive to the rear of the accommodation.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10 minutes’ walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
