FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Executive Platinum caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: The open planned lounge is fitted with freestanding 2 & 3 seater sofas, TV with free-view. The French doors open out on to the veranda, with undisturbed front row sea views. Please note there is not a pull-out bed in this accommodation.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: RM159 offers a modern kitchen fully equipped which includes full size cooker, dishwasher, full size fridge-freezer, microwave, and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with a freestanding table and four chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms. The Master consists of a double bed, with fitted wardrobe; and en-suite shower and toilet. The twin bedroom consists of two twin beds and a small fitted wardrobe. RM159 can accommodate a maximum of 4 Guests.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE: The bathroom room has a shower, toilet and wash basin. The Master bedroom also has an ensuite shower, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Central heating and double glazing; with electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA:  Gates veranda with front row sea views and patio furniture.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: The main amenities are approximately a 8-9 minutes' walk from the accommodation.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this unit does not accept pets at anytime.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
