FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival. 

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with sofa and 2 arm chairs and 2 stools, patio doors onto the veranda, TV, Free View and a modern flame effect fire. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern kitchen which includes a full-size integrated fridge-freezer, integrated microwave and cooker with 4 gas hobs, dishwasher. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: Three well designed bedrooms, one good size master bedroom with vanity area, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Two twin rooms with small wardrobes and over bed cabinets. 
SV18 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM: Shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The en-suite in the master bedroom also benefits from a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. 

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA: SV18 benefits from sliding patio doors opening onto the veranda with sea views. Patio furniture is supplied. 

PARKING: Private driveway.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
