LOUNGE: The modern lounge is fitted with plenty comfortable fixed seating for all the family and has a Flat screen TV, DVD and Free view player. Occasional pull-out bed is available for extra Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: This lovely holiday home offers a modern kitchen fully equipped which includes full size gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating pus stools.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one double with ample room for a travel cot, double size bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet with hand basin. The twin room has a fitted small wardrobe. There is also a occasional pull out bed in the lounge. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room has a large shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. EL110 benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Additional blow air heating in the bedrooms and panel heaters in the toilet / shower room.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx 4 to 5 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
