LOUNGE: The modern lounge is fitted with plenty comfortable fixed L-shape seating for all the family and has a Flat screen TV, DVD and Free view player, manufacturers gas fire. An occasional pull-out bed is available for those extra guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: fully equipped kitchen which includes gas cooker, under counter FRIDGE (NO FREEZER BOX AVAILABLE) , microwave and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with fixed corner seating plus stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and two twin rooms with single beds and fitted small wardrobes. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom has a double shower unit, wash basin, toilet and towel rail. EL135 also benefits from a separate toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: This holiday home has a gas fire located in the lounge, there is also a hot & cold air conditioning unit in the lounge.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
