PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of EL28 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from an open plan lounge with generous seating. Prepare to sit back and relax as the lounge is complete with flat screen TV & free view. There is an occasional pull out bed availble - EL28 can accommodate 8 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Fully equipped kitchen includes an under-counter fridge with icebox, microwave & cooker. The dining area benefits from a free-standing dining table, corner bench seating and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed & fitted wardrobe. The two twin rooms have 2 x single beds & small fitted wardrobes.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The main shower room, is fitted with a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and hot air blow heaters in the bedrooms. There is also a gas fire in the lounge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
