LOUNGE: The spacious ABI horizon offers good levels of design and comfort with its spaciously designed interior and plenty of natural light. The lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and has a TV, free view, DVD player and gas fire. Occasional pull-out sofa bed is available for extra guests. Maximum of 8 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge with freezer box and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and two twin rooms with single beds and fitted small wardrobes. When using the sofa bed in the lounge, EL49 can comfortably cater 8 guests. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: EL49 benefits from a double shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. EL49 also benefits from a separate toilet.

HEATING: Gas fire in the lounge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
