DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of EL55 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with fixed seating, sea views and gas fire. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. A pull-out bed is available.

KITCHEN: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer box, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA: Free standing table with corner seating & 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: Double room with fitted wardrobes, room for a travel cot and en-suite toilet with hand basin.
Twin room with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Electric panel heaters fitted in the bedrooms. Gas fire fitted in the lounge.

VERANDA: Gated side veranda with patio furniture supplied.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
