PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of KP37 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge benefits from a partial Sea View, with an open plan design, fixed corner sofa seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with TV, DVD and gas fire.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area comprises of fixed corner seating, as well as 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms; the master consists of one double, a mirror and a fitted wardrobe. Twin room one consists of 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe and mirror. Twin room 2 has bunk beds and a built-in wardrobe.

Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. KP37 also benefits from an additional w/c that has a toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double glazing with a gas fire in lounge and fan heating in bedrooms,

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke/vaping in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7-8 minute walk.
