PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

LOUNGE: The modern and spacious lounge is fitted with plenty of comfortable fixed corner seating for all the family (including an occasional pull-out bed) and has a Flat screen TV, DVD and electric fire.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern styled kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas cooker, under counter fridge, microwave and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating, free standing table plus stools.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe, room for travel cot, en-suite w/c & fan heating.
The twin room includes 2 single beds, small wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those extra guests, Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. KP92 also benefits from an en-suite toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Electric fire in the lounge & fan/panel heating in the bedrooms.

VERANDA: Side veranda, patio area with patio furniture.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
