PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


LOUNGE: The lounge is fitted with comfortable L shaped fixed seating. It has a flat screen TV, Free view and gas fire. The lounge also includes an occasional pull-out sofa bed for those extra guests.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: This holiday home offers comfort with an open plan interior; the kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, undercounter fridge (with small freezer box), dishwasher and microwave. The dining area has fixed seating and two additional stools.


BEDROOMS: LW47 has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet. The twin room has a small, fitted wardrobe (integrated fan heater) and a bedside table. LW47 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room benefits from a double shower unit, wash basin and toilet. Also benefits from a second toilet in the master bedroom.


VERANDA: Side veranda with patio furniture supplied.


HEATING: Gas fire located in the lounge and fan heating in the bedrooms.


PARKING: Allocated parking.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5 minutes’ walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.


WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
