DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of SP121 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.


LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge with fixed seating, flat screen TV, DVD player and has a electric real flame effect fire plus central heating.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Well equipped fitted kitchen furnished with large fridge incorporating an over sized freezer compartment, microwave, gas hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious with free standing table and chairs.


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet. A travel cot can be fitted in the main bedroom. One twin room with small wardrobe, the twin beds can be pushed together to form additional double beds if required. An occasional pull bed is fitted in the lounge for those extra guests. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.


BATHROOM & TOILET: SP121 benefits from a double shower with toilet and hand basin. SP121 has en-suite toilet from the master bedroom.


HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.


VERANDA: Gated front veranda with side walkway. Patio furniture is supplied.


DISTANCE FROM MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities, approx 6 to 8 minutes walk but only 4 to 5 minutes from the beach.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
