DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of BW68 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: Free standing sofas, LED TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Free view, coffee table, upholstered cube stools and gas fire. Pull out bed is fitted for additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Open plan kitchen with full size integrated fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms; one master room with double bed, room for a travel cot in front of the wardrobe and en-suite toilet.
Two twin bedrooms with two single beds and small wardrobes. Maximum 8 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Fully fitted shower room with full size shower, toilet and wash basin. BW68 also has a en-suite toilet with wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms.

VERANDA: Front veranda with patio furniture. 

PARKING: Allocated parking space.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx.. 8 to 10 minutes’ walk but only 2 to 3 minutes from the beach.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
