FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view & L-shaped sofa. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge. CP38 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Well-appointed kitchen furnished with full size integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a comfortable free standing table with a bench and 2x chairs.

BEDROOMS: Two beautiful designed bedrooms, one double with TV, en-suite toilet and wash basin, wardrobe & dressing table. One twin bedroom with 2 x single beds & wardrobe. Maximum of 6 Guests, including infants.

BATHROOM: Master bedroom has an en-suite toilet & wash basin. The separate family shower room is fitted with a shower cubical with sliding doors, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: CP38 has double-glazing and central heating this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA: French doors leading to a front & side veranda & sea views with patio furniture. 

PARKING: Allocated parking behind the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx.6 to 8 minutes’ walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON PET-FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
