KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area benefits from a free-standing dining table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The Master Bedroom has a double bed, TV, over bed storage, vanity area, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet and hand basin. There is also room for a travel cot.
The first twin room includes 2 single beds, small fitted wardrobe and TV. The 2nd twin room includes 2 single beds and small wardrobe. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost. Maximum 8 guests. 

BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

VERANDA: Front facing veranda; with patio furniture supplied.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
