DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of EP14 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Platinum holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made ready for your arrival. 
LOUNGE: The lounge comprises of a 3 seater and 2 chairs, fixed cabinets with wall mounted Tv. The French doors lead directly to the gated veranda with patio furniture.
KITCHEN: EP14 has been fitted with modern oven with grill, four ring gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. 
DINING AREA: Free standing table with 4 dining chairs.
BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms, one spacious double fitted with wardrobe and vanity area and Tv. The main room also benefits from a shower, toilet and wash basin en-suite. The twin room is of a good size with single beds and fitted wardrobe. The maximum number of guests that EP14 can cater for is 6.
SHOWER ROOM: The family shower room comprises of a double shower unit, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING: Double-glazing and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: Gated veranda to the front and rear with patio table and chairs.
PARKING: Allocated parking space.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10 minutes’ walk. 
NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
