LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with L-Shaped fixed seating and 2 armchairs, 42" TV, Free View and an electric fire. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern kitchen which includes a full-size integrated 60/40 fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker & dishwasher. The dining area comes complete with fitted table, fitted bench seating and 3 stool.

BEDROOMS: Three well designed bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, vanity area, fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet. The two twin rooms both have 2 single beds; and come with small wardrobes, over-head cabinets and radiators. (The twin beds can be pushed together to make small doubles).

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The en-suite in the master bedroom benefits from a wash basin and toilet.

HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort

VERANDA: GH211 benefits from French doors opening onto the veranda with sea views. Patio furniture is supplied.
