FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area comes with free standing table and chairs.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

VERANDA: Front & side - gated veranda. Patio furniture is supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: 5-minute walk from the beach. 2 - 3 minutes to the main amenities (please be advised there is a short steep section in walking). 

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
