KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. Free standing table with 5 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The Master Bedroom has a double bed, over bed storage, vanity area, TV, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet and hand basin. 
The first twin room includes1 double bed, small fitted wardrobe and overbed storage. The 2nd twin room includes 2 single beds, 2 overbed cabinets and small wardrobe. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost. Maximum 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double glazed and fully centrally heated throughout. 

VERANDA: Wrap around veranda, 5 steps leading to the gate to access the accommodation. Small section of secluded grassed area next to the accommodation. 

PARKING: Private gravel driveway in front of the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
