LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge with free standing furniture, French doors that lead out on to the veranda, colour TV, DVD and gas fire. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: HV21 has a fully fitted kitchen with full size fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & chairs.  

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area and en-suite toilet with wash basin.
The two twin bedrooms two single beds with small, fitted wardrobe. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Family shower room is fully fitted with toilet, wash basin and large shower. The main bedroom has an en-suite toilet.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA: Gated front and side walkway veranda. Patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Allocated parking space.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
