DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of JC182 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge is a modern style with comfortable 2 & 3 seater sofas that also has an occasional pull out bed for additional guests. Fixed wall cabinet with flat screen TV and integrated DVD player and fitted electric fire. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The caravan is fitted with full size single oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and the necessary utensils. The dining area comprises of a freestanding table and 4 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one master room comprising of double bed with fitted wardrobe, TV, vanity area with radiator, en-suite toilet and room for a travel cot. 
The twin rooms both have two single beds, each have a small fitted wardrobe with radiator, overhead storage and bedside tables. As mentioned before there is an occasional pull out bed fitted in the lounge. 

JC182 can sleep a maximum of 8 Guests. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room has a single shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and radiator. This unit has 2 toilets.

HEATING: JC182 has full central heated fitted in both bedrooms and a towel rail in the shower room, the lounge has a manufacturers electric fire fitted as well.

VERANDA: Front veranda, with side walkway and patio furniture supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5 minutes’ walk. 

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
