LOUNGE: Open plan design, seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with flat screen TV and electric fire. The lounge includes an occasional pull-out bed. JC236 can cater for a maximum of 8 guests.  

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, integrated fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area consists of fixed seating, as well as additional seating.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms; the master consists of one double and fitted wardrobe with radiator and en-suite w/c. The twin rooms each include 2 single beds, small fitted wardrobe and heating. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. JC236’s master bedroom has an ensuite w/c with a toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Double glazed and fully centrally heated throughout. 

VERANDA: Front and side decking. Patio furniture is supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3-5 minutes’ walk and just a minute from the beach. 

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
