DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of JC58 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from an open plan lounge with generous seating. Prepare to sit back and relax as the lounge is complete with flat screen TV & free view. JC58 can accommodate 6 Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern fully equipped luxury kitchen. JC58 includes an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave & cooker. The dining area benefits from a free-standing dining table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom incorporates a double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity area, room for a travel cot, wall mounted TV. The two twin rooms have small fitted wardrobes and over bed storage & TV'S. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The main shower room, is fitted with a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin as an en-suite w/c in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort

VERANDA: Accessible from the lounge via French doors, JC58 has a veranda; with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Shared parking space close to the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 6-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
