LOUNGE: The lounge offers a modern, open-plan design with comfortable freestanding seating and a coffee table. An occasional pull-out bed is available for additional guests. The space includes fixed shelved storage, a flat-screen TV and an electric fire.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The caravan features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size single oven and grill, extractor fan, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer and all necessary utensils. The dining area includes a freestanding dining table with chairs for added comfort.


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed with overhead storage, a fitted wardrobe, a large vanity area with mirror, a radiator and an en-suite toilet. There is also space for a travel cot if required.

The twin room provides two single beds with overhead storage, a small fitted wardrobe and a radiator. An occasional pull-out bed is also available in the lounge.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, and linen can be hired for an additional charge during the booking process.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room includes a single shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also has an en-suite toilet with a hand basin.


HEATING: full central heating in both bedrooms and a heated towel rail in the shower room. The lounge features a manufacturer-installed electric fire.


VERANDA: French doors from the lounge open onto a gated veranda with countryside views. Patio furniture is provided.


PARKING: A clearly marked allocated parking space is located to the rear of the property.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approximately a 7 to 9-minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: All Newman’s holiday homes are privately owned, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. Any smoking-related damage will incur additional charges. Pets are not accepted in this accommodation.


WI-FI: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
